These samosas are far from the usual - potato filling, they have a noodle surprise.

Step 1 :

Make a stiff dough with maida, oil, salt and water.

Step 2 :

Grate carrot and cabbage and chop spring onion.

Step 3 :

Heat water in a vessel and boil noodles in it.

Step 4 :

In a pan, heat oil, add ginger-garlic paste and vegetables.

Step 5 :

When semi-cooked, add sauces and spring onions.

Step 6 :

Add noodles, toss it well, and add salt and pepper to it.

Step 7 :

Roll the dough into a circle, like that of a roti and cut it into half.

Step 8 :

Make a cone with the semi-circle and seal the edges with water.

Step 9 :

Add the filling in the cone and seal the top.

Step 10 :

Deep fry the cone and serve hot.
