This is a fusion dessert of Kheer and raspberry pudding.

Step 1 :

Boil the almond milk and add rice to it. Let it cook for some time and add rose water. Allow it to cook until the rice softens and the milk thickens.

Step 2 :

Now add sugar and fresh rose petals to it. Leave a few petals for garnishing.

Step 3 :

As per the instructions on the jelly packet, prepare the jelly.

Step 4 :

After switching off the flame, add chopped raspberries to the jelly.

Step 5 :

Take a glass, fill it half way with kheer and half with jelly and fruit mix.

Step 6 :

Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and serve it chilled, garnished with rose petals.
