This dish is a tea time snack. It is a healthy recipe as it is baked and not fried.

Step 1 :

Take the dry ingredients and mix them together. Add oil and water as required to make a dough out of it.

Step 2 :

Knead it until it becomes a semi-soft dough. Make two equal sizes of it.

Step 3 :

Take one half of the dough into the chakli machine. Press out roundels of the dough.

Step 4 :

Pre-heat the oven for 20 minutes at 360 F. Once done, place the chaklis in it.

Step 5 :

Take the other half and repeat the same process.

Step 6 :

Let it cool to room temperature, the chakli whirls are ready.
