This is a drink for a hot summer evening. It is a refreshing recipe.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Boil 1 cup of water in a vessel and add 2 tbsp of tea in it.

Step 2 :

Add 2 ginger pieces and give it one boil. Later, take it off the gas.

Step 3 :

Once done, sieve it and add honey.

Step 4 :

Allow the mixture to rest in the fridge till it is ready to serve.

Step 5 : To serve the tea

Take a tall broad glass. Rub a lemon piece all around the tip of the glass.

Step 6 :

Dip the glass in a plate of salt, ensure the glass top is coated with salt.

Step 7 :

Add half a glass of orange juice, and the boiled mixture to the glass. Mix well.

Step 8 :

Add diced oranges, pineapple and apples about 1 tbsp each.

Step 9 :

Now, add mint leaves crushed by hand, fill the glass with ice cubes till the brim.

Step 10 :

Garnish it with orange slices and mint leaves.
