This chai can be made when bored with the usual daily plain tea.

Step 1 :

Boil 2 cups of water in a vessel.

Step 2 :

Add chopped mint leaves and grated ginger to the boiling water.

Step 3 :

Allow it to boil on sim for 5 minutes.

Step 4 :

Once, the aroma of the mint leaves fills the air, add tea leaves and let it boil for 2 minutes.

Step 5 :

Add milk and cardamom powder to it.

Step 6 :

Now, increase the flame and let the tea rise.

Step 7 :

Switch off after 2 minutes, add sugar to it. Strain the tea into cups and serve it hot.
