In a bowl, add puffed rice, oats and barley grains.

Step 2 :

Add a cup of water in the bowl, cover it with a lid and soak it for the night, in the fridge.

Step 3 :

In the morning, add fresh curd, chopped mint leaves chopped, sliced kiwis, honey for sweetness, chopped almonds and cashew nuts.

Step 4 :

Mix the ingredients well and enjoy!
