This chapati is made of soya flour and other healthy ingredients that are rich in vitamins, minerals and protein. This is a good breakfast dish to start your day with.

Step 1 : To prepare the batter

In a bowl, mix soya flour, besan, rice flour, milk, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, chopped onion and grated coconut. Mix all the ingredients well.

Step 2 :

Once done, add required amount of salt and set it aside for 10 minutes. The batter should be medium consistensy

Step 3 :

Heat ghee in a non stick pan and pour the batter on it. The amount can vary depending on the desired size of the roti.

Step 4 :

Fry the roti on both the sides until slight brown in colour.

Step 5 :

Serve this roti hot with chutney.
