This chapati is made of soya flour and other healthy ingredients that are rich in vitamins, minerals and protein. This is a good breakfast dish to start your day with.
In a bowl, mix soya flour, besan, rice flour, milk, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chillies, chopped onion
and grated coconut. Mix all the ingredients well.

Once done, add required amount of salt and set it aside for 10 minutes. The batter should be medium consistensy

Heat ghee in a non stick pan and pour the batter on it. The amount can vary depending on the desired size of the roti.

Fry the roti on both the sides until slight brown in colour.
