Step 1 :

Boil 2 liters of milk separately, in 2 different vessels.

Step 2 :

In one of the milk containers, add lemon juice. Allow it to rest for a while as it will convert into curds.

Step 3 :

Once done, make small balls out of it.

Step 4 :

In another vessel, boil a little water and sugar together, to make the sugar syrup.

Step 5 :

Dip the balls in the sugar syrup and allow it to rest.

Step 6 :

The other milk container needs to boil till the milk thickens. Take 2 tbsp of thick milk and add saffron to it, let it rest for 2 minutes.

Step 7 :

Once the milk turns yellow, add the saffron milk to the milk container and give it a good stir.

Step 8 :

Now, add these balls in the saffron milk.

Step 9 :

Serve it in bowls cold or warm, as you like.
