An egg-less, vegan and calorie conscious healthy pancake for breakfast!

Step 1 :

In a bowl, mash the bananas and make a smooth puree.

Step 2 :

Add coconut milk and peanut butter to the mashed bananas.

Step 3 :

Whisk it until smooth and add in both the flours and mix well.

Step 4 :

Ensure there are no lumps formed and make the batter into a pour-able consistency.

Step 5 :

Heat the pan, now add baking soda to the batter and mix well, allow it to rest till the pan gets heated well.

Step 6 :

Grease the pan with butter and pour a ladle-full on the pan. Cook it on both sides.

Step 7 :

Cook the remaining batter using the same steps. Once done, serve it stacked with a small bowl of honey, some peanut butter and fresh sliced bananas.
