Ingredients

1 Cup Wheat Flour 0.75 Cup Milk

3 tbsp Honey 0.05 Cup Grated Apple

5 medium Strawberries 2 medium Kiwis

1 medium Banana 3 Slices Papaya

3 tbsp Curd 2 tbsp Ghee

0.25 tsp Cinnamon Powder 2 tbsp Sugar

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Take atta in a bowl and make a pouring consistency batter by adding milk.

Step 2 :

In a pan, add grated apple, sugar and cinnamon powder, cook it on medium heat while stirring for about 2 minutes.

Step 3 :

Heat a non stick tawa, smear some ghee over it and spread the batter to make a pancake. .

Step 4 :

Cook it till golden brown. Put a spoonful of filling of the apple mixture in the center of the pancake.

Step 5 :

Make all the pancakes using the same method.

Step 6 :

Put layers of honey and fresh fruits in between the pancakes. Serve with raita or fresh cream.
