It is a very healthy, tasty and tummy filling pancake. When you are in hurry, just mix all the ingredients and make it.

Step 1 :

Make a juice of orange, banana and apple. Don't segregate the fibers of the fruits. Make a paste of it using sugar.

Step 2 :

Coarsely grind cashew nuts and keep it aside.

Step 3 :

Take a bowl, mix flour, the fruit mixture, salt, vanilla essence, pepper powder, baking powder, ground cashew nuts and milk to make a batter. Ensure the batter is not too thick or nor watery.

Step 4 :

Heat butter in a frying pan and pour a big spoonful of batter on it. Cover it with a lid and fry on medium heat till cooked.

Step 5 :

Flip it, apply some butter and cook it on the other side as well. Using the same steps make prepare all the pancakes.

Step 6 :

While serving, place three pancakes over each other and drizzle chocolate sauce over it. Garnish it with some fresh fruits.
