Wheat pancakes are flat, thin and round cakes and are healthy way of breakfast and a must for everyone.

Step 1 :

Mix wheat flour, baking soda, sugar and salt together, in a bowl.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, mix curd and milk together.

Step 3 :

Combine both the mixtures together in one bowl and mix continuously, until no lumps exist. Let it rest for 5 minutes.

Step 4 :

Heat a non-stick pan and pour oil to grease it. Now, pour 4 tbsp of batter at once to make a pancake. Ensure the batter is not too thick nor watery.

Step 5 :

Cook it till the edges turn brown in color and flip it to the other side, allow it to cook for another minute or 2.

Step 6 :

Repeat the same steps to cook the remaining batter as well.

Step 7 :

Your delicious looking, healthy pancakes are ready, prepared out of wheat in no time. Serve it plain or with some honey.
