Step 1 :

In a microwaveable mug, add butter and microwave it until the butter melts.

Step 2 :

Break an egg in the mug and whisk it with a fork until combined well.

Step 3 :

Add in milk, powdered sugar, vanilla essence and almond extract. Give it a good stir.

Step 4 :

Now, add maida, baking powder and salt in it. Mix the batter well until the texture is smooth.

Step 5 :

Allow it to rest for a minute. Once done, place it in the microwave on high power for about 1 minute and 20 seconds.

Step 6 :

Top the mug cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries.
