This yummy soup is best to soothe sore throat and cold nights.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a cooker, boil the pieces of chicken in water, with chopped onion, carrots, parsley, spring onions, garlic, and a bay leaf to make a broth.

Step 2 :

Once done, strain the broth and keep the chicken pieces aside.

Step 3 :

Take the clear broth and bring it to a boil. Meanwhile, shred the cooked chicken.

Step 4 :

Now, add the shredded chicken and cream corn in the boiling broth. Allow it to cook for 8-10 minutes.

Step 5 :

As salt as desired while stirring it and corn flour depending on the consistency of the broth. To make the broth thicker, add more corn flour to the broth.

Step 6 :

Beat 2 egg whites and pour it into the soup, in portions while stirring it continuously.

Step 7 :

Once done, add a pinch of black pepper powder, a tsp of soy sauce and vinegar. Give it a good stir.

Step 8 :

Serve it hot in a bowl.
