This soup is very healthy during winters, it is full of nutrition as the core ingredient is millet.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, soak bajra, rice and moong dal in hot water for around 15-20 minutes.

Step 2 :

In a grinder, grind bajra, moong daal and rice.

Step 3 :

Take a pressure cooker and add the three ingredients in it.

Step 4 :

Cook it on medium flame for 10-15 minutes. If needed add a little water.

Step 5 :

Add salt in it and cover it with a lid until 2 whistles.

Step 6 :

Simmer the soup for 15 minutes on low flame and switch it off.

Step 7 :

Heat ghee in a pan, add jeera and roast it until aromatic.

Step 8 :

Sprinkle pepper powder and required and toss in the roasted jeera, give it a good stir.

Step 9 :

Serve this healthy soup hot.
