Step 1 :

Wash the ash gourd. Remove the outer skin and seeds.

Step 2 :

Cut the gourd into small pieces and make juice using a juicer. Strain the juice using a sieve.

Step 3 :

Heat the pan on medium flame add butter, cumin powder and saute it for a minute.

Step 4 :

Then add the juice, corn flour, mint leaves paste, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt. Mix it well.

Step 5 :

Boil it until well cooked. Remove it from the gas.

Step 6 :

Pour this soup into a bowl and garnish with mint leaves and a lemon slice, serve it hot.
