Use an egg beater to beat the eggs until ribbons are formed or for about 8 minutes.

Sieve maida along with baking powder and set it aside.

Take out the cake tin and place butter paper inside the tin and all around it, brush a little butter on both the sides of the butter paper before placing it in the tin.

Once the eggs are beaten, transfer it to a bowl. In another bowl, take powdered sugar and oil, whisk it well to ensure it incorporates.

Mix the eggs, with sugar, oil and sieved maida using a spatula and pour it to the cake tray.

Preheat the oven at 170 degrees for few minutes and then place the cake in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.
