Urad Dal Ladoos are easy to make, it is healthy and well ad tastes delicious. It is a light dish and can be had post lunch or during tea time.

Step 1 :

In a mixer, grind urad dal into fine powder and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Take a pan and heat ghee in it.

Step 3 :

Once the ghee is melted, add urad dal flour in it and roast the flour till it turns golden brown in color.

Step 4 :

Once the flour is roasted, add jaggery and mix it well.

Step 5 :

Once the jaggery dissolves, add dry fruits, dry ginger powder, fennel seeds and desiccated coconut to it. Give it a good mix.

Step 6 :

Allow it to cook on sim for another 5-7 minutes.

Step 7 :

Switch off the flame, grease your palms with ghee and make small balls out of the mixture once it has cooled enough.
