Try out this delicious Mango Ladoo. It is made with mango pulp and desiccated coconut. You can enjoy this dish even when mango isn't available in the market.

Step 1 :

In a thick bottomed pan, add condensed milk and then add mango puree. Cook it on low flame for a minute or 2.

Step 2 :

Add orange colour and desiccated coconut powder, stir well till combined.

Step 3 :

Now, chop pistachios and add it to the mango mixture, mix it well.

Step 4 :

Within 3 minutes, the mixture will start leaving the sides and come together as a dough. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool a bit.

Step 5 :

Take a small portion of the mixture and make a ball out of it, roll it in desiccated coconut powder. Repeat this step till the mixture gets over.

Step 6 :

Serve these mango ladoos after lunch.
