Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

In a vessel, boil diced beetroots in water and salt.

Step 2 :

Once the beetroot pieces are soft, drain them well. Simultaneously, soak cashew nuts and almonds separately in a bowl.

Step 3 :

Place the drained beetroot pieces and the remaining ingredients in a blender and blend it until perfectly smooth.

Step 4 :

Soak gelatin in water for 5 minutes.

Step 5 :

Add 1 tbsp cream to this paste, fold it lightly and add gelatin to it.

Step 6 :

Mix it well, transfer it into small glasses and refrigerate it overnight.

Step 7 :

Serve it chilled.
