A classic winter and monsoon soup with a perfect blend in flavours that are rich in calcium and protein.

Step 1 :

Take a pan, add oil and heat it over medium flame.

Step 2 :

Add bay leaves, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala to it and saute it for a while.

Step 3 :

Now, add buttermilk to the pan.

Step 4 :

Take crushed peanuts, add them to the blender jar and grind to a fine powder.

Step 5 :

Add the fine grounded peanut powder to the pan and allow it to boil.

Step 6 :

Add salt and pepper according to your taste.

Step 7 :

Mix it properly and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve hot!
