Sunlight Pumpkin Soup

This is an easy to prepare, yummy yet healthy soup to have during the winter season.

Step 1 :

In a vessel, take pumpkin pieces and boil it with a glass of water.

Step 2 :

Add bay leaf, black pepper corns, cinnamon stick, cloves, turmeric powder and mint leaves.

Step 3 :

Once the pumpkin is cooked well, take out the cinnamon stick, pepper corns, cloves and bay leaf.

Step 4 :

Make a smooth paste of the boiled pumpkin using a blender.

Step 5 :

Now, heat a pan pour the paste and stir constantly. Add cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, white pepper powder and salt to it.

Step 6 :

Put off the flame and gently add coconut milk to it.

Step 7 :

The soup is ready to be served. Pour it into bowls and garnish it with mint leaves.
