Step 1 :
In a vessel, boil milk on low flame.
Step 2 :
Add corn starch and cocoa powder to the milk and stir well.
Step 3 :
Add sugar and vanilla essence to it and whisk it well.
Step 4 :
Stir it constantly, once the milk thickens, add roughly chopped bournville pieces to it.
Step 5 :
Now, add cream to it and continuously stir.
Step 6 :
Ensure that the chocolate pieces melt. Keep stirring until the milk thickens.
Step 7 :
Once it is ready, the consistency will appear similar to that of a pudding.
Step 8 :
Switch off the gas, and cool the pudding at room temperature. Once cooled, grate chocolate over it as garnish.
Step 9 :
Transfer the pudding into a bowl and refrigerate it for 15-20 minutes.
Step 10 :
Serve it chilled.
