Step 1 :

Clean and scale the fish.

Step 2 :

Put incisions on both side about 1 inch apart.

Step 3 :

Marinate the fish with lemon juice and salt.

Step 4 :

Make a mixture of hung curd, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, carom seeds and oil.

Step 5 :

Marinate the pomfret, in this tandoori marination for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6 :

On a bed of vegetable trimmings, bake the fish in an oven, in a baking tray for around 20 minutes at 180° C.

Step 7 :

Once done, serve it hot with a lemon wedge and enjoy.
