Step 1 :

Separate the corn kennels out by chopping them vertically with a knife.

Step 2 :

Dry the corn kennels as much as possible with tissue to ensure all the water is soaked well.

Step 3 :

Mix all the mentioned ingredients well. Do not add water. The ingredients will give out enough water to bind the mixture.

Step 4 :

Heat a deep bottomed pan with oil.

Step 5 :

Once the oil is hot, make small balls out of the mixed thick batter and fry it.

Step 6 :

Fry them until they turn golden brown on all sides.

Step 7 :

Serve them hot and crispy with any sauce of your choice.
