Banana Halwa

Banana Halwa is a healthy snack, the kids will love it. This can be eaten as a dessert too.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Peel the bananas and mash them in a large bowl.

Step 2 :

Keep a pan on medium flame and add ghee to it.

Step 3 :

When the ghee is melted, add the mashed banana and lower the flame.

Step 4 :

Stir the mashed banana and corn flour to it. Cook it for about 15 minutes until it turns brown.

Step 5 :

Add sugar and stir well, cook it for 5 minutes.

Step 6 :

Now, add cardamom powder, raisins, cashew nuts and almonds. Stir for few seconds and remove the pan from the stove.

Step 7 :

Transfer it to a serving bowl and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 8 :

The banana halwa is now ready.
