Healthy Lemon Rice

This lemon rice is made from brown rice which make the dish much more healthy.

Step 1 :

Boil brown rice and keep it aside.

Step 2 :

Now, take a pan, add ghee to it.

Step 3 :

Once the ghee is heated, add mustard seeds, chopped green chilli, curry leaves and peanuts into it.

Step 4 :

Saute it till the peanuts turn brownish, then add turmeric powder and hing to it.

Step 5 :

Now, add rice, mix it well with the ingredients, add rock salt and cover the lid for 2 minutes.

Step 6 :

Add lemon juice, give it a good mix and switch off the flame.

Step 7 :

Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy.
