This healthy granola snack is a quick snack when feeling hungry. It can be made and kept for a month. It is packed with proteins and the goodness of whole grain.

Step 1 :

Preheat the oven to 150° C.

Step 2 :

In a large bowl, add oats, chopped cashew nuts, almonds, desiccated coconut, sunflower seeds and brown sugar. Mix these ingredients well for it to combine.

Step 3 :

In another bowl, mix oil, honey, salt and vanilla.

Step 4 :

Pour the oil honey mixture into the dry oats mixture and mix it well.

Step 5 :

Grease a baking try with butter and line it with butter paper.

Step 6 :

Pour the mixture onto the tray and place it in the oven. Bake it for about an hour. Keep stirring to get an even colour. Ensure not to burn the granola.

Step 7 :

Remove from the oven, pour into a bowl and add raisins and dates to it.

Step 8 :

Mix well. Cool and transfer it to a dry container.
