Heat ghee in a frying pan on medium heat.

Add cumin seeds, chopped green chili and curry leaves to it and let them splutter.

Step 3 :

Add chopped cabbage and saute it until glazed all over.

Pour in the lemon juice, turn off the heat, and mix it around.

Step 5 :

Add salt only when you're ready to eat.
