Spinach and corn wraps are a filling and healthy snack to tackle the evening hunger pangs and enjoy with tea or cold beverages!

Step 1 :

Thoroughly wash the spinach to remove all dirt and cook half of it in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.

Step 2 :

Once cooked, blend it in a blender to make a puree and mix it with wheat flour and some salt.

Step 3 :

Knead the dough and roll the dough into thin chapatis. Cook these chapatis in a non-stick tawa, ensure they are crisp.

Step 4 :

In a pan, saute onion, baby corn and the rest of the spinach with olive oil, black pepper and red chilli powder.

Step 5 :

Add shredded mozzarella cheese for added taste.

Step 6 :

Once the filling is ready, add it to the center of each spinach wrap, roll it up and enjoy it with tomato sauce or dip.
