This is an easy to prepare, delicious recipe that will make Holi all the more special.

Step 1 :

Make the gujiya dough with flour, ghee and salt.

Step 2 :

Add water as required and make a firm dough.

Step 3 :

In a pan, cook khova till its brown.

Step 4 :

Then, add sugar to it and cook.

Step 5 :

Add cardamom powder and chocolate chips once the mixture cools down to room temperature.

Step 6 :

Mix it well to combine. Now, take a small piece of the dough and place it on your hand.

Step 7 :

Now, fill the chocolate mixture, and seal the dough with a little water.

Step 8 :

Prepare sugar syrup by boiling sugar and water together in a vessel until it forms a one string consistency.

Step 9 :

Fry the gujiyas till they turn golden brown in colour. When the gujiyas are cooked, soak it in the prepared sugar syrup.

Step 10 :

Garnish it with chocolate syrup and cardamom powder.
