Step 1 :

In a bowl, add rice, 120 ml water and soak it for 5-10 minutes.

Step 2 :

Heat milk in a vessel on medium flame.

Step 3 :

Add soaked rice to it and mix it well. Bring it to a boil.

Step 4 :

Now, add rose petals, rose water and mix it well.

Step 5 :

Add sugar, cardamom powder and stir.

Step 6 :

Cook it for 5-7 minutes on medium heat.

Step 7 :

Add gulkand and pistachios to it and give it a good mix.

Step 8 :

Serve it hot or at room temperature.
