Boiled Egg Bhurji is a unique recipe that serves the purpose of eating boiled eggs. If you don't like to eat boiled eggs this recipe is a must try.

Step 1 :

In a vessel, heat water and boil 6 eggs for 5 minutes, until boiled well.

Step 2 :

Heat oil and add butter to a pan.

Step 3 :

Fry saunf and coriander seeds in it.

Step 4 :

Once it starts to crack, add onions and garlic to it and saute it well.

Step 5 :

Wait until the onion piece turn pink, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and tomatoes to it. Cover this mixture with a lid.

Step 6 :

Once the tomatoes are cooked, add chopped boiled egg pieces to it.

Step 7 :

Now mix 1/4th cup water into the tomato ketchup and add this mixture into the pan.

Step 8 :

Stir well and switch off the gas. Cover the pan with a lid for a few minutes.

Step 9 :

After 2-3 minutes, add coriander leaves, ginger, garlic and green chillies and stir well.
