In a mixing bowl, add fresh cream, honey and jaggery powder.
Whisk it well until the ingredients combine.
Now, add milk to the mixture and whisk it again.
Add olive oil and vanilla essence to it, mix it well.
In another bowl, add powdered oats, wheat flour, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Mix all the ingredients together using a dry whisk.
Add dry ingredients one by one in 3-4 portions to wet mixture and mix lightly but evenly.
Add chocolate chips and roughly chopped walnuts pieces to it. Mix it one last time.
Grease the moulds, insert the liners and pour the batter into the moulds. Do not fill it to the brim since the batter will rise while it bakes.
Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Once done, bake the batter at 190°C for 45 minutes to an hour.
Check with a dry knife if the muffins are ready. Poke the knife to check if it is baked well, if it comes out clean, it is done.
Let it cool at room temperature, once done demould the muffins. Enjoy!
