Step 1 :

Cut the mango into small cubes.

Step 2 :

Soak tamarind pieces in warm water for 15 minutes.

Step 3 :

Once done, squeeze the tamarind and extract the juice.

Step 4 :

In a mixing bowl, filter the tamarind juice and remove the tamarind pulp.

Step 5 :

Add jaggery in the tamarind juice and mix well until it melts completely.

Step 6 :

Add the chopped mango pieces in tamarind mixture.

Step 7 :

Add neem and chilli powder to it and mix it well.

Step 8 :

Lastly, add salt and give it a good stir.

Step 9 :

It is now ready to serve. Enjoy!
