Cooking Steps
Break maggi noodles into small pieces and keep aside.
Roughly chop the dark chocolate bar, transfer it into a microwavable bowl and melt it in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Once melted fully, combine the noodles with it. Make sure all the noodles is nicely covered with chocolate.
Pour the mixture in small portions into muffin cups or cup-shaped chocolate moulds to give them the shape of nests.
Make an indentation in the center of each portion with the back of a teaspoon to create a hollow nest shape.
Keep them in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the buttercream by mixing the confectioner's sugar, butter, milk and vanilla essence together.
Separate the mixture into two or three portions depending on the number of colours you want to use for the eggs.
With the help of a toothpick, add a colour to each separated portion of the buttercream.
Fold the colours evenly into the buttercream with your hand.
Take small portions of different coloured buttercream and shape them like eggs depending on the size of the nests made.
Keep all the eggs in the fridge for a few minutes to avoid losing shape.
In the meantime, ground the toasted pistachios for decoration.
Once both the nests and the eggs are ready, sprinkle some ground pistachios on the nests and place the buttercream eggs on them. Now, they are ready to serve.
