This is one of the modified sweet of the traditional festival food. It can be prepared with sugar free pellets. It is easy to make, tastes good with high nutritional value and can be kept for 4-5 days.

Step 1 :

Put maida, atta, rava, salt, turmeric powder in a bowl mix well.

Step 2 :

Slowly, add water to make a smooth dough of chapati consistency.

Step 3 :

Add 2 tablespoon of oil mix and mix well, keep it aside for about an hour.

Step 4 :

Add dates, almonds, cashew nuts and cardamom in a grinder and grind into a smooth mixture. Do not add water to it.

Step 5 :

Now take a small size ball of the mixture and stuff it inside a regular size dough ball.

Step 6 :

Roll out the dough into a roti size.

Step 7 :

Heat ghee on a tawa and fry the roti on both the sides.

Step 8 :

Serve it hot with ghee.
