'Aam Ka Panna' with Jaggery is a tangy-sweet Indian drink made mainly of raw mangoes. It is widely used all over India as a hydrating drink which helps in balancing the loss of body salts and glucose. It is also rich in nutrients like iron, vitamin B6, A, folates, the drink boosts immunity and helps in digestion.

Step 1 :

Peel and boil green mango in a pressure cooker or an open pan till they are mushy.

Step 2 :

After cooling it down, scoop out all the pulp.

Step 3 :

Blend the pulp in a blender with water. Stir in the jaggery, cumin powder, black salt and roughly chopped mint leaves. Mix it well.

Step 4 :

Add more water to the concentrate, if required. Mix well.

Step 5 :

Serve it chilled with ice cubes and mint leaves as garnish.
