This is an easy to make paneer side dish for all paneer lovers. It tastes delicious and can be had with roti or rice.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Cut paneer into cubes and soak it in lukewarm water along with makhana for 5 minutes.

Step 2 :

Finley chop onions, garlic cloves and ginger.

Step 3 :

Slice green chillies into 2 pieces each and finely chop tomatoes.

Step 4 :

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and saute it until it crackles.

Step 5 :

Add chopped onion, garlic and ginger to it. Stir until it turns light golden brown.

Step 6 :

Put chopped tomato with all the spices, salt and cream except garam masala, stir until the gravy leaves the pan.

Step 7 :

Add soaked paneer and makhana along with the water, let it simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Step 8 :

Switch off the heat, sprinkle garam masala and cover it, until you dish it out.

Step 9 :

Garnish with sliced green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.

Step 10 :

Serve it hot and enjoy.
