Butter Garlic Naan is similar to that of a roti, it is made of maida and is usually had with gravy dishes.

Step 1 :

In a bowl add butter, chopped garlic and chopped coriander mix it well together and keep it side.

Step 2 :

In another bowl, add maida, sugar, salt, milk and curd. Kneed it into a soft dough with the help of little water.

Step 3 :

Cover the dough with a lid or a wet muslin cloth and let it rest for 20 to 30 minutes.

Step 4 :

Sprinkle a bit of flour on a the rolling board and roll the dough into an oblong shape of 115mm.

Step 5 :

Heat the tandoori pot and place the naan until it is cooked well.

Step 6 :

Remove the naan and garnish the mixture with butter, chopped garlic and freshly chopped coriander leaves.
