Step 1 :

In a big bowl, mix sprouted moong, chopped cucumber, pomegranate, green chillies, boiled peanuts, chopped tomato, black pepper, salt and lime.

Step 2 :

Mix it well so that the flavours are well incorporated. Add salt only while serving and mix well, else the salad will become watery.

Step 3 :
