This is an easy to make yet delicious pasta made with mushrooms and sweet peas.

Step 1 :

In a large pot, bring plenty of water to boil, when it starts boiling, add rock salt.

Step 2 :

In a large skillet, saute the chopped onions in olive oil for about 5 minutes or until light brown. Then, add the chopped mushrooms and saute for 5 more minutes.

Step 3 :

Now, add heavy cream and peas, season with salt and pepper, bring it to a simmer.

Step 4 :

Drop the pasta into the water, stir, and cook as per the instructions given on the box.

Step 5 :

Drain the pasta one minute before the suggested cooking time.

Step 6 :

Toss the pasta with the sauce and finish cooking adding a little the cooking water, add grated cheese to it and mix well.

Step 7 :

Serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
