Step 1 :

Add oats in a mixer and pulse it into a coarse or powder form as desired, as per your taste.

Step 2 :

Take the slabs of dark chocolate and heat it in a double boiler till it melts completely.

Step 3 :

Add the oats powder, a pinch of salt and vanilla essence to the melted dark chocolate.

Step 4 :

Take a plate and spread ghee on the inner surface of the plate.

Step 5 :

Transfer the hot melted chocolate (with the mixtures of oats) on to the plate.

Step 6 :

Garnish it with chopped almonds and cashews nuts.

Step 7 :

Allow it cool down at room temperature, after it cools down, cut it into cubes and serve.
