These crunchy cookies will melt in your mouth. There are easy to prepare and is a perfect go to for any mood.

Cooking Steps

Step 1 :

Mix ghee and powdered sugar together with the help of an electric whisker. Cream the mix until it turns pale in colour.

Step 2 :

To this, sieve the flour 1 cup at a time and mix it into the ghee mixture.

Step 3 :

Add an egg, vanilla essence and baking powder to it and gently mix it well for a minute with the hand blender or spatula.

Step 4 :

Add butter and chocolate chips and mix well until well combined.

Step 5 :

Freeze the mixture, ensure you do not over mix it but gently mix it. The dough has to be soft and not too hard nor soggy.

Step 6 :

Make small balls and place it in the baking tray and bake it at 180°C for 12-15 minutes.

Step 7 :

Let it cool down a bit, the cookies will automatically become crunchy.
