Paneer Cauliflower Wrap

It is a mouth watering starter recipe preferred by all. This dish can also be had as a snack.

Step 1 :

In a bowl, add wheat flour, 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil, along with 1/2 cup water and knead it into a smooth dough.

Step 2 :

In a non-stick frying pan, heat 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil. Then add cumi seeds. When the seeds crackle, add boiled cauliflower florets to it.

Step 3 :

Add paneer cubes, salt and turmeric powder.

Step 4 :

After stirring the mixture for 2 minutes, add red chilli powder and jeera powder to it.

Step 5 :

Transfer the mixture in a bowl. Divide the mixture into 3 equal portions.

Step 6 :

Roll out each portion into circles (rotis) having a 5" diameter.

Step 7 :

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Place a roti in it and allow it to cook.

Step 8 :

When one side of the roti cooks, add one portion of the prepared paneer cauliflower stuffing on one end and roll the wrap.

Step 9 :

Repeat the same steps for the other two rotis. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
