Steamed Veg Momos

This is an easy to make healthy dish as it is steamed and made out of mixed vegetables.

Step 1 :

Finely chop all the vegetables and set it aside. Knead maida with required amount of water and a pinch of salt and set it aside.

Step 2 :

Heat a pan with oil and add chopped garlic in it, saute it for 2 to 3 minutes.

Step 3 :

Add chopped onion and saute it for 10-15 minutes.

Step 4 :

Add all the finely chopped vegetables in the pan and saute it well.

Step 5 :

Saute it for 5 minutes and add soya sauce to it. Stir it well.

Step 6 :

Add salt and pepperto it, saute it for another 5 minutes on medium flame.

Step 7 :

Switch off the flame and add chopped spring onion greens to the mixture.

Step 8 :

Divide the dough into small sized balls and roll them into round discs.

Step 9 :

Add 1 tbsp of the filling and cover the momo making any pattern as per your choice.

Step 10 :

Place the momos into a steamer and steam it for 30-45 minutes. Serve it with tomato sauce or garlic chutney.
