Step 1 :
In a vessel, boil pasta along with water and a pinch of salt.
Step 2 :
In a deep bottom pan, add butter and allow it to melt. Add maida to it and mix it well.
Step 3 :
Now, add milk and let it boil. Once done, add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp processed cheese. Mix it well and let it cook, switch off the gas and keep this sauce aside.
Step 4 :
Check if the pasta is done. Drain the water and keep it in a bowl and wash it with cold water so that it won't get sticky.
Step 5 :
In a vessel, add butter. Add chopped capsicum, baby corn and broccoli. Saute it for a minute or two. Add chopped onion and saute for about 5 minutes. Take the veggies aside in a bowl.
Step 6 :
Now, add a little bit of butter in the vessel and add the white sauce. Add the veggies and mix it well.
Step 7 :
Add the pasta sauce, some water and let it boil until it becomes creamy. Once it's creamy, add the boiled pasta in it and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Step 8 :
Serve the pasta hot, garnished with oregano and cheese.
