Egg Bhurji Paratha

This is an easy to make healthy paratha that is made from egg and wheat flour.

Step 1 :

Finely chop onion and green chilli.

Step 2 :

In a bowl, break the eggs and beat it well to get a consistent base.

Step 3 :

In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil, once done add chopped onion and green chillies to it.

Step 4 :

After 2 minutes, add the beaten eggs and mix slowly to get a scrambled egg.

Step 5 :

Meanwhile, mix wheat flour with water and little oil. Knead the dough and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

Step 6 :

Roll out the paratha to a small disc, fill in the scrambled egg mixture, fold it back into a ball.

Step 7 :

Roll out the paratha evenly, place it on a pan and fry it with oil.

Step 8 :

Serve it hot with pickle or curd.
