Matar paratha is both healthy as well as delicious. If had for breakfast, it will keep the stomach full till lunch time.

Step 1 :

Peel the outer covering of the pea, wash them thoroughly and let them dry completely.

Step 2 :

Put the peeled peas and chillies in a mixer and roughly chop them.

Step 3 :

In a bowl, add peas and chillies mixture, salt, ajwain, black pepper and red chilli powder.

Step 4 :

Knead a dough with all the ingredients using salt and water.

Step 5 :

Once the dough it ready, divide it into lemon size balls and roll it out into rotis.

Step 6 :

Place the prepared paratha to cook on the tawa, apply ghee and cook it till it turns brown.
