First, chop almonds, cashews, and pistachios. Keep it aside.

Dry roast poppy seeds and keep it aside.

Roughly chop dates and discard the seeds and grind it into a coarse paste.

Now, heat a nonstick pan on a medium-low flame and add ghee to it. Once it melts, add chopped dry fruits and stir continuously for 2-3 minutes. Keep it aside.

In the same pan, take 1 tbsp ghee and add the ground date paste. Cook it for 2-3 minutes until it becomes soft.

Add dry fruits, coconut powder, and cardamom powder to it. Mix it well and saute for another 2-3 minutes.

After 2-3 minutes switch off the flame and add honey. Let the mixture cool down.

Once the mixture is cool enough to touch make a cylindrical shape by pressing with both hands.

Coat this log with poppy seeds so that it covers the cylinder.

Now place this rolled burfi on an aluminum foil sheet and wrap it up tightly.

Place it in the fridge for an hour to set.

After an hour when the rolled burfi is set, take them out of the fridge. Cut them into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
